Celebrity who made it!

Will Smith & Jada Pinkett Smith

Important Summary:

"it's all about being supportive...and being there for each other..."

You have to support your other half and have his/her back always. It will be great encouragement and push him/her further. But then, of course, don't support blindly. Give your opinion/advice if you feel he/she shouldn't be doing it. Unless he/she assures you it must be done. Success is nothing if you're not there to share the joy, and failure can be destructive if you're not there to share the pain.

Over the years ~

We've been together for like four years and two months plus. And I must say I don't exactly remember how it happened in the first place anyway. The only reason I can think of is, I'm lonely (that's for sure being alone in a foreign land) and I was reaching my 20s. I thought hey, why not give it a try! Loneliness sure does pay the price.

So much had and have been happening, and it just never seems to stop. Even drama has its climax but maybe two or three the most. But with you, it's like riding a never-ending roller coaster that makes me scream my heart out. Me wanting simplicity, ended up having difficulty.

I regretted, so what! It's not like there's a backdoor where I can just turn around and leave. I felt so, I thought so, I tried too, but I still come back to square one. I suffered alot, going through the torment, doing all the crying, hating myself for it, etc. I keep my hopes high, wishing it will turn out all right at the end.

I don't need a millionaire, I don't need a genius, I don't need Mr. Know It All. If I really want any of these guys, I wouldn't have stayed until now. Have you even ask me W.H.Y.? Because I believe if you put your heart in it, anything or everything can be done. Money can be earned, knowledge and experience can be gained, and things will eventually fall into pieces if you work your ass on it. Only maybe the result ain't really what you expected, but then again, learn to be satisfied, be contented, just be happy you have it!

Age must have been catching up with me, no more puppy love, no more "hot" romance, no more "fire/electricity/sparkle". I just want to settle down with someone who truly loves me. And my definition of love will be, "to never fail to put a smile on my face even when I don't want to, to laugh with me over silly things, to give me a shoulder when I cry, to hug me when I feel alone, to wipe my tears and tell me "everything's gonna be okay" even at my/our darkest hours.

I still believe in you and I still hope, I do, I really do. But life taught me that true love is only found in telly, though on rare occasion there are some of us who gets lucky. Love is all about chances, choices, and coincidence. We met by chance, we fall by coincidence, and we stay by choice. Do you feel the same?!

I kept asking myself, do I want to do this? I have four/five decades to go if I'm lucky, do I want to spend the rest of my life stuck to one wrong decision?

Well, in midst of transition phase now, let leave this question to my next post then.

Till then, take care.

It's SUNday!

Weather today extremely H.O.T.! But me, wanting to reward myself for accomplishing my last assignment, went out to t.a.b.a.o. Guess where I went or guess what I had for lunch? Was back all sweaty, but worth it.

Well, nothing much to predict if you know me well. (*.*)!!! As usual, the Beehoon Tom Yam from a place near to my Uni, located in the Bali-Bali Hawker Centre (the first stall on the left). Yum Yum. Soup base is awesome. Do you know, they make their own tom yam paste (not very sure though, but definitely nothing near "instant") and topped it with FISH! My saliva is drooling all over as I am describing it here. It's spicy and creamy/oily, but one of the best I had. I used to have it everyday for almost two weeks. Not any more, pimples popping now and then, better jaga sikit! ^.*

Both are my favorite. Top: Bali2 tom yum. Down: MAMEE

Notice something familiar in the picture?! =D

MAMEE MONSTER!

Wakakaa...It's Mamee.  Fattening, I know. Unhealthy, I know. Yet I love it. Crunchy, salty, yummy. Ya, that's enough to make it go into my mouth. Been wanting to have it for days/weeks, but the grocery store went out of stock. They sell those big packet with 10 mini packets in it, refuse to buy, 'cause I'll finish it in like two days. Did that before, can't imagine how. But yeah, gotta watch out abit now. Anyway, it's in my tummy now.
One reminder, Mamee is salty enough, so throw away the seasoning. And Mamee always something extra in it, this time it's Doraemon sticker. So you Doraemon lovers, can start buying Mamee to collect them now.^^

Free Doraemon sticker inside. Isn't it cute?! Am sticking it at my lappy.

What a wonderful Sunday!

Ending this random post by wishing all of ya' a Happy Sunday. With the unpredictable weather, better stay at home and have yourself a relaxing Sunday evening now.

Chao ~

It's Bunnyyy!

Instead of focusing on my last assignment, here I am, procrastinating. I can sit in front of my lappy whole day (by the way, my butt is aching now) yet nothing productive in the end. Seriously, I'm like "DuHhhh!". Typical me again.

Anyway, this post is to introduce to you one of my loves, the one and only bunny. Ehhmmm,,,it doesn't really have a name, but I always call it "Bunnyyy". And it may not be my one and only, plan to get a giant size one soon provided I have the money. A giant size can cost up to SGD$120++ if I'm not mistaken. My present one is only in medium size, but I'm satisfied with it now.

Pictures I saw always have two dotted pink cheeks, why mine is without?! T.T
Been searching for it for quite some time, and only to find that it's popular in Singapore too. There are currently outlets in Plaza Singapore and Vivo selling only bunnies. Okaylah, it's actual name is not bunny; it is the Le Sucre Cute Bunny. You can check out their Facebook page here:

Le Sucre Singapore

Currently, this cute fellow is not with me physically. Miss it so much. Always hug it or put it on my laps when I'm studying/ assignment-ing. Wish it is here now, at least give me some comfort or aspiration.

Aren't we such a cute couple, are we?! And pls say yes.
I am not a "doll" type of girl. I don't buy lots of doll or teddy bears or whatsoever to crowd my bed, but this Le Sucre bunny really caught my attention. Maybe we share the same big round head/face. HeHe. All I want to say is, sometimes we don't need lots of money or spend alot to buy us some happiness. Contentment is what you need to practice. Be satisfied with what you are blessed with. I am not saying that you should be happy with the two pennies you have or stay complacent hoping for things to fall into place for you. Don't overlook at all the small matters that you think ain't worth your time, cause sometimes that is exactly what you need to remind you no matter how far you've gone, how high you've climbed, you'll still fall  back to life.

And finally I'll end this post by saying, "Your life is blessed in one way or another, don't feel sorry for being satisfied with little things in life, instead feel sorry if you can't see the beauty behind them."

Till then, take care, and love ya'.

L'OCCITANE NEW Angelica Exfoliating Gel and Instant Hydration Mask!‏

Saw L'OCCITANE post in Facebook previously in April, and typical me, always want free samples to test has applied for it. AND I have been selected as one of the first 30 fans to try out the new Angelica Exfoliating Gel and Instant Hydration Mask. NEW means it was yet to be released in the market. (WoW, right. Awesome when you get the privilege to try before others). But this post is up way too late with Angelica series out on the retail shelves now.

Why Angelica?
"During the Middle Ages in France, angelica was used for its excellent medical properties and as a herb. It was recommended for the overworked or convalescing. angelica essential oil has hydrating and toning properties, which helps restore one's beauty."

So here goes:

In the sample pack, there are three products (as shown in the picture below), the Exfoliating Gel, the 3 minutes Instant Hydration Mask, and the Hydration cream.

After basic cleansing, it's time for deeper cleansing, the Angelica Exfoliating Gel. From my face, probably you'll notice my pale face (was not feeling well for the past couple of days). So I kinda skipped my usual lazy routine of lotion/moisturizer. You can smell the fresh scent immediately after you open the sample pack. I love it! My face is so smooth soon after I exfoliate, probably would have scrubbed away the accumulated layers of dirt and dead cells. REMEMBER apply on wet skin or you'll harm your skin if you scrub on dry face. Use gentle circular motion, scrub thoroughly, and any excess can be used on neck area too.

Time to scrub off the dirt and dead cells!
A lil' bit on the Angelica Exfoliating Gel: "With its pearly glow, fresh scent and melting texture, the Angelica Exfoliating Gel instantly revives tired skin. Small, all-natural exfoliating particles gently remove dead skin cells and impurities, while micro-balls made of natural gum massage the skin, boosting micro-circulation. Organic angelica extracts preserve natural hydration, for skin that is incredibly clean, soft, smooth with a beautiful glow."

Next, is the 3 Minutes Angelica Instant Hydration Mask. From the amount of mask I have "dotted" on my face, you'll notice how "generous" am I ^.* Apply generously to cleansed face and throat, and rinse off after 3 minutes. I prefer rinse off, but the instruction says, "If necessary, remove the surplus with damp cotton or toner (toner is better to let the active ingredients penetrate afterwards)". Wonder why 3-minutes?! Result, my skin felt so soft, in fact, revived my dull skin instantaneously.

A lil' bit on the Angelica Instant Hydration Mask: "It is an ultra fresh and water-soaked gel that re-hydrates the thirstiest skin within three minutes. The skin will instantly draw all the hydration it needs to provide radiance, comfort and freshness all day long. The skin will be fresh, plump and thirst-quenched."

Lastly, I finish my skincare routine with the Angelica Hydration Cream. I find the texture thicker than my usual lotion, not so suitable for my oily skin type. Proven as the instruction states, "Best for dry to normal skin." (T_T) Applied evenly all over my face and neck, and surprisingly it sets in easily. It can be applied in the morning and evening after cleansing your face.
And taddaaa...my skin is now freshly cleansed and hydrated.

A lil' bit on the Angelica Hydration Cream: "Made with organic angelica from the DrĂ´me region of France, the fresh and silky smooth Angelica Hydration Cream efficiently moisturizes and revitalizes the skin.  L'OCCITANE’s patented angelica complex reinforces natural skin hydration by stimulating aquaporines, improves skin elasticity and protects from free radicals. Skin is plumped, smoothed and more radiant."

Overall, if I am to consider purchasing, I will choose both exfoliating gel and hydration mask. Unfortunately, it will be a NO NO for the hydration cream!
